Delivery charges will be calculated based on each order's volume, weight and destination and are stated as part of the ordering process.

If you see the message "Zone Rates (The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time)" we have to obtain a quote for carriage due to weight and destination. The carriage charge will be sent to you via a PayPal invoice. Once we receive carriage charges we will proceed with the order.

Delivery Schedule

All goods are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Overseas deliveries may take up to 21 days to reach you.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with anything you purchase - after all, we want you to continue shopping with us and it makes sense to treat you honestly and fairly at all times. If you receive a faulty or damaged product just let us know and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unfortunately, unless faulty or damaged on delivery, all returns will be subject to a restocking fee. Special Order items (eg electrical items, custom cables) cannot be returned. Return postal costs will not be refunded.
