These valves are modified to measure 32.5mm. 20008201 - was 31mm for more power and an easy solution. Ask the Motor Engineer to make a '3-angle cut' inside the valve seat.

Original size is 31mm and 32.5mm is a good easy cheap answer (exhaust is 27mm so 32.5/27). The 2001 Husaberg 400 was 35/27 and tuned to 35/29. the first 2004 450 was 35/30, so were the KTM 400EXCs from 2000.
