Taffmeisters tip: if you can see 1mm flat faces on the nipples
400/450/501 = buy the kit
550/650 = buy a new sprague bearing AND start with this kit alreay fitted. If you can see 1mm flats = it is already too late; buy a new sprague bearing.

The kit contains instructions and parts to repair two parts: the starter clutch and the starter sprague bearing.
