Been out for a 2 hour blast this afternoon using your needle, what can I say man, I think it is the dogs bollocks, The idle is as steady as a rock, I think best ever, good off the bottom end (and) good mid range, and goes like f*** top end. The roll on - roll off is also good, no harshness as I call it .......a needle made for the engine, not a needle made for the carb! Steve Hardaker (Bradford Ignitions).

The Super Needle Carb Kit

Fitted the super needle cab kit with all new jets on my 650FE. This transformed the bike! The throttle response is crisper, the pull is stronger and more even through the rev range.

I got the Carby Spuce Up Kit and new exhaust Valves and the Valve Spring Mod for my 2001 FC550 and the motor is so much quieter and starts much easier. Thanks for the service

All together runs great breaking it in slowly alternating between it and the 550 ..squish was 1.1 approx before final assembly seems to have more power but won't know the extent until A few tanks of gas have passed 550 gets the needle installed next week will give you feed back on that well

Auto Decomp with Modified Spring.

 

just wanted to pass on a thank you for your high quality service and parts.

 

I purchaced your decomp spring and lever for my 2003 400 fe husaberg and as oon as I had it reassembled I hit the starter and fired the first turn. In this day and age you never get what ( they) say it will do.

 

That bike has never started that easy.

My rebuild is finally done. Perfect air fuel mix. The engine starts a hole lot easier and now runs a hole lot quieter.
